As a company working on AI safety, we share how we manage security within our own organization.
- Confidentiality
- We enter into a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) for every project, using either our template or yours.
- Handling your information
- We use entrusted data only for the purposes of the relevant project and return or delete it in accordance with the contract.
- Information security management
- We designate an information security manager to oversee information assets and the services we use. Access is restricted to business needs, and we use multifactor authentication for major cloud services. We also encrypt work devices, use screen locks, apply security updates, back up important data, and maintain incident reporting and response procedures. We review these practices regularly and update them as needed.
- Internal AI usage policy
- We develop and follow our own AI usage guidelines, applying the practical lessons to our support for clients.
